Instructions:


**1. Prepare the Pork Belly:**

**2. Dry and Score the Pork Belly:**

- Pat the boiled pork belly dry with paper towels. Using a sharp knife, score the skin side of the pork belly diagonally or in a crisscross pattern, being careful not to cut through the meat.


**3. Season the Pork Belly:**

- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and ground black pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly all over the pork belly, including the scored skin.


**4. Air Fryer Cooking:**

- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.

- Place the seasoned pork belly in the air fryer basket, skin side up. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and golden brown. Halfway through cooking, open the air fryer and lightly spray the pork belly with cooking oil spray to help crisp up the skin.
